- I have provided consulting services for the past 20 years related to leadership and executive development, functional strategies, competency model building, and talent management systems. My consulting has spanned virtually all business sectors, including work with Baxter, Monsanto, Brunswick, Fireman’s Fund, YMCA, and a practice management company for Drs. I have provided HR consultancy services to numerous companies. A graduate of Illinois State and Masters in Psychology from Concordia University and has” All but her dissertation” complete in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. I am a single mom to a 6 yo daughter who holds my heart. We have 2 Maltese dogs and 1 Siamese cat.
